The application fee that everyone has to pay before the visa appointment is changing.
For all appointments on or after June 4, 2010, the application fee depends on the type of visa you need.
You will pay the Thai baht equivalent of this dollar amount:
Visitors for Business or Tourism, Students, or Exchange Visitors (Category B, F, J, or M): $140
Petition-Based Employment and Work Visas (Category H, L, O, P, Q, or R): $150
Treaty Trader and Investor (Category E): $390
Fiancee (Category K): $350
All other visa categories: $140
If you already paid the previous $131 (THB 4454) application fee, bring that receipt to your appointment. The Embassy or Consulate will collect the difference at your appointment.
